eko-net.pl has been operating in its current form since October 2004. We offer consulting and training services in a wide range of issues related to environmental protection, occupational safety, and energy efficiency taking into account legal, technical, and economic conditions.
The company was established based on the Center for Environmental Studies of the Gdańsk University of Technology, which since the early 1990s has been a pioneer in developing the practical and theoretical foundations of environmental management in Poland. We believe that academic experience and many years of business practice are a good foundation for a successful consulting company.
We have worked with various types of clients:
- large enterprises (including international corporations),
- small and medium-sized enterprises from various sectors,
- central, regional and local administration bodies (training and advisory),
- international consulting companies (mostly subcontracting in the projects carried out in Poland),
- certification bodies (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 audits, EMAS verification).
Most of our activities are in Poland, though we also have significant experience abroad. We have taken part in the European Union Technical Assistance projects (e.g. improving environmental impact assessment procedures and energy efficiency in Turkey), ISO 14001/45001/50001/auditing in Egypt, Tanzania, Spain as well as assignments directly commissioned by local entities (e.g. environmental assessments according to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development criteria in Ukraine).
We supplement traditional consulting with an innovative tool available on the REGULIS® platform that allows you to generate individual registers of legal requirements regarding health and safety, energy, and the environment. This service is used by many organizations certified for compliance with ISO 14001/EMAS, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 International Standards.
